This is the fifth in a series of Quilts for Stroke Awareness being created for display across the country, with each square made by or for someone who has suffered a stroke. The 24 stroke survivors on this quilt are noted on the following grid, according to their positions on the quilt. This quilt is touring to venues across the United States.
