This is the fourth in a series of Quilts for Stroke Awareness being created for display across the country, with each square made by or for someone who has suffered a stroke. The 24 stroke survivors on this quilt are noted on the following grid, according to their positions on the quilt, with some of their stories included below. This quilt is permanently displayed at the Harford County Office Building in Bel Air, Maryland.
